What a wonderful place to stay. The units have just been refurbished and done in a luxurious style - the color palette and furnishings give a soft and warm feeling. The unit was clean and well presented. I slept well. The gardens and grounds were immaculate. The managers were very professional, helpful and polite - their knowledge of Dunedin was a big help. They directed us to a very nice restaurant. Will most definitely return and recommend to my friends. A big thank you.

Wow Wow Wow - The room had just been renovated and it was simply stunning. Decorated in a modern and tasteful way the appliances were top rate. The motel is in a central location close to central Dunedin and staff were friendly. Wouldn't hesitiate to recommend or stay again.

Beautiful Motel - This was a second visit to Dunedin visiting our daughter who's at uni. She would visit us each day because it was so cosy. Excellent accommodation. It was like home away from home. Modern interior, great shower & very warm units. We would definitely stay here again. Matt (Manager) & his team were very friendly.

Friendly, Warm and Confortable - I spent three nights at Beechwood, my daughter, who is studying in Dunedin joined me for some of the time. The units are crisp, clean, comfortable, and have everything you need. Super-comfy bed, very efficient heat pump, shiny warm bathroom (with underfloor heating and clean towels daily) and quiet despite near being the main road, -probably due to the double glazing. Oh, and limitless wifi. We will definitely be back. Thankyou to Matt

24 Days in Dunedin - Worked non stop for over 3 weeks in May 2017 the motel was superb Matt and Paul were brilliant a great help with dry cleaning and laundry etc. The room was always spotlessly clean and warm and sunny even when it was snowing outside. I'd always go back there if staying in Dunedin

Best value in NZ - Everything. This was the best accommodation we have had during our trip in NZ. Totally renovated property only about two months ago. Very well presented and appointed. Double glazing with great window seals made the apartment very sound proof. Some very nice touches added to the apartment.

Modern Accomodation for a Relaxing Stay - Beechwood Motel is very modern, clean and relaxing, and in perfect position to access the CBD, Hosts were very friendly and accommodating and had great attention to detail using our first names always etc with genuine care.... thanks Matt!
